Office Assistant Electric Scientific Company is a Technologies Systems Electrical Contractor who provide primarily Special Hazard Fire Protection Systems, Fire Detection and Control Systems. We are based in Minneapolis with additional offices in Duluth, Bismarck, and Marquette. We are looking for a highly motivated office assistant to work out of our Duluth office. Assist our office manager, designers, project managers and technicians with various tasks needed to fulfill our company’s work flow procedures Compile and maintain job files, job folders, service folders Upload, print, and file - drawings, factory bulletins, office correspondence Fax all office correspondence, and distribute incoming faxes Equipment ordering and stock maintenance Compose general maintenance letters & cost updates Computer programs used include MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD View Telephone correspondence to schedule maintenance and service calls Handle telephone calls to locate and dispatch service technicians Distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail Shipping and receiving of equipment shipped to the office Purchasing and picking up office and job supplies Miscellaneous typing and internal correspondence for billing, work order forms, inspection reports, service logs, file updating General housekeeping cleaning duties Other duties as determined by need and growth This is a full time position with competitive pay, benefits, 401K plan, medical and dental plans.
