 Wheat Growers is currently seeking a full-time Dispatcher to add to their agronomy team at Bath, SD. JOB DESCRIPTION:This person will oversee our professional applicators and drivers.  This includes: ensuring accurate and timely application, overseeing the maintenance of company equipment and providing applicators with clear maps or directions.  In addition, this person is responsible for maintaining all government, SDWG and customer files.  Ability to read maps, give and follow instructions is a must.  Additionally, this person will acquire knowledge of Agris, chemicals, fertilizer and soil sampling.Other responsibilities include: greeting producers, selling products and services, answering telephone inquiries and recommending solutions to meet customer needs.  Thus, a friendly and courteous attitude is a necessity.  Our successful dispatchers can multi-task in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing business needs and requirements.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:• CDL and Applicators License Required• Strong Organizational and Customer Service Skills• Knowledge in Agronomy, Logistics, Agris or DOT Regulations is a plusSALARY:  DOE
