Food & Beverage Manager Fortune Bay Casino Tower MN The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing front of house operations for the Tamarack, Banquets, and Bar, which includes scheduling and staffing team members according to the needs of the business, management of team members to ensure performance of job functions is effective and efficient and a high quality of customer service is consistently demonstrated, guest inquiries and concerns are handled in a prompt and courteous manner, and all locations are operating in a cost-effective manner that meet or exceed the department budget. The incumbent will establish steps of service for all departments and provide training, feedback, and performance evaluations to monitor team member productivity and development. In addition, the Food and Beverage Manager will optimize revenues by developing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote food, beverage, and gaming revenues. QUALIFICATIONS: The Food and Beverage Manager is required to have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts with a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or management experience in the Food and Beverage industry or a minimum of five (5) years experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or equivalent position.
